Paul Townley-Jones

Paul is the Founder and Managing Director of TJ. His experience comes from working for a number of businesses across various marketing disciplines:

  • Most recently, Director, Brand & Strategy at a start-up agency
  • Multi-channel marketing consultant at a London firm
  • Business director at a Sony-owned healthcare digital marketing publisher
  • Strategic planner in global advertising agencies such as Havas and DDB, including contracting with McCann among others
  • Market researcher for global companies such as ACNielsen in Sydney and Cello in London

Paul completed a Business degree majoring in Business Management and Marketing. He has a certification in Food & Beverage Operations and, as an avid home brewer, earned a Credit in the Foundations of Brewing certificate from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling.

Out of his curiosity for e-commerce, a subject he studied at university, Paul manufactured, packaged, imported and distributed a product from China to sell on Amazon and eBay.

Paul has interests in many sports including Formula 1, cricket, rugby, and football where he played in the Southern Amateur League as a midfielder for the Bank of England.
